It's really sad to take this for all of us as you are signing off today in such a prominent position. Undoubtedly you are a true inspiration now and ever after. Hope the pleasure, strength and the professional wisdom you gained all throughout these 3 decades, will help you to get over in the coming years of your life. Your hardwork, your presence in your professional as well as personal life will always be marked high.We hope your life of retirement is as fulfilling for you as your career was.
The personal support given by all your family members to get through your professional life is tremendous. Hope God must shower the same prosperity, wealth, happiness and peace to you and the family after your retirement as well.
After 3 decades of highly hectic schedule, switching to other part of life is something tedious task.One need to have a bit resilience for adjusting to new innings, however it is all life cycle, everyone needs to travel, go across,perhaps you are an exceptional undoubtedly, since HUL entire unit was under your shade,such a mountainous achievement can be scaled, reached by very few,not all.We all are truly blessed to have such a great Mentor, you are a great inspiration to all.Your unit, employees must be having a slice of worried feelings with your exit of retirement.And must be feeling proud for giving a fare well, as well working under a wonderful boss like you with whom they had impeccable live stories, which will remain as life time memories for them.Why because corporate world standards are deteriorating worse than a stench.
You are a great leader with qualities of undisputed, troubleshooter, highly balanced, properly guided, off course a great employee,
